My name is Jim Parsons and I'm the founder and owner of Equinox Sound & Entertainment. After building a 7-figure business and spending 26 years as a professional DJ and entertainer, my world turned upside down. When the pandemic hit, and live events were a no-go, I was forced to move away from the dance floor and into my home office. I needed to quickly find work, but I didn't want to "get a job."

I asked myself, 'If I could do anything, what would I do?'. The answer was to write about sports. I gave myself 30 days to see if I could make a steady income and I was able to do way more than that!

Within six months, I started making five figures per month on a regular basis.

After some early hits and misses, I began to figure out the best ways to maximize profits while writing for others, then for myself. I built a system that made me a few hundred dollars per hour while working as much or as little as I wanted to, and within six months, I was bringing in some serious cash! Eventually, when it came time to go back to doing live events with my DJ business, I decided to shift that company into something completely different. I loved what I was doing so much and was making way too much money to give it up!

Today, I write, host shows, get hired to produce content, have a number of websites, buy and sell, and literally make money while I sleep. 

 

The best part is, that I'm doing what I love and getting paid to talk about what I was previously talking about for free. 

 

I work from home, have all the flexibility in the world, and get to meet some of the coolest people in the sporting world. By the way, the industry is booming and the ability to make money is only growing with the barriers to entry as low as they've ever been!
